Action of Marwahi police solved the mystery of blind murder, two accused arrested
The case is of village Seoni of police station Marwahi, on 28/7/23 in the morning, Deputy Sarpanch Seoni informed the police station that the dead body of an unknown person was lying in a pit in the Khar of Ghanwara Tola.
The one on whose head injury marks are visible, his face being towards the ground, he is not being able to be identified.
On the information, senior officers were informed by the station in-charge sub-inspector Kamlesh Shende. Superintendent of Police Yogesh Patel instructed Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Gaurela Ashok Wadegaonkar Police Station in-charge Marwahi and Cyber Cell team to reach the spot immediately for identification of the dead body and for further action.
By the time the team of Marwahi police station reached the spot, the deceased was identified as Nagendra Sharma resident of Seoni.
The help of dog squad and forensic expert was taken on the spot. In the case, the offense was made out by an unknown person who was found to have killed with a sharp weapon.
In the case, suspect Narendra Singh Kanwar was interrogated in custody, who told that there was a land dispute with Nagendra Sharma. In a planned manner, when Nagendra Sharma was going from his house to the farm with Murli Kanwar, the accused, hiding near the toilet of his body, attacked him with a shovel, which caused him to fall from the motorcycle.After falling several times, he was hit on the head and neck with the ax and Gupti, due to which he died, which was shifted to Om Kushwaha’s field. After coming back, he cleaned the blood from the scene and threw the clothes worn by Farsa and Gupti Nagendra’s mobile into the well and hid the motorcycle in a clump near the school of another locality.
At the behest of the accused, the motorcycle of the deceased and the fursa and hide from the well, the clothes worn by the accused were recovered and seized and the accused have been arrested by adding section 201,34 in the case.
Station in-charge sub-inspector Kamlesh Kumar Shende, assistant sub-inspector Naveen Kumar Mishra, constables Indrapal Armo, Narad Jagat, Rajesh Sharma, Chaupal Singh Kashyap, Ramlal, Surendra Vishwakarma played an important role in the entire proceedings.
