CSEB police action, accused of theft in garage arrested, entire stolen property recovered within 06 hours of report
On date 01.10.2023, applicant Mohd. Rustam Warsi father Moh. The report was lodged by Ismail age 29 years resident Shivaji Nagar Korba District Korba.That, in the intervening night of 27-28.09.2023, copper parts, pipes and copper wires worth ₹ 20000 of vehicles which had come for repair were stolen by an unknown person at Rustam Auto Garage located in TP Nagar.
On the report of the applicant, crime number 440/2023 section 457,380 IPC was registered at CSEB Police Station Civil Line Rampur District Korba and taken under investigation.
Senior officials were informed about the status of the case.In view of the daily theft cases happening in the city, under the direction of Superintendent of Police Korba Uday Kiran and guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Korba Abhishek Verma and supervision of City Superintendent of Police Korba Robinson Gudiya, Police Station Incharge Civil Lines Korba Inspector Mrityunjay Pandey and Outpost Incharge CSEB Sub-Inspector Naveen Patel had received instructions to take strict and prompt action.
In compliance with the instructions received from senior officers, outpost in-charge CSEB sub-inspector Naveen Patel, along with his subordinate staff head constable Dilip Jha, along with constables Gopi Divya, Purushottam Mukherjee, took prompt action and arrested the accused in the case, Amit alias Amit, within just 06 hours of reporting the incident. Raja Tiwari, father Subhash Tiwari, age 27 years, resident of Kuan Bhatta Chowki Manikpur district Korba, was caught and interrogated.
By whom the crime has been committed. On whose traces, the stolen Mashrooka has been 100% seized and declared as extrajudicial and the arrested accused was duly arrested today on 02.10.2023 and after legal proceedings, he was produced in the Honorable Court on judicial remand and admitted to District Jail Korba by court order.
