Security guard Rakesh Singh, father Paras Nath Singh, aged 41 years, resident of Bankimongra, under the influence of alcohol, forcibly fired in the air with his licensed two-barreled weapon.
Taking immediate action, the accused was taken into custody from Salora Katghora and two barrel weapons and empty shells were seized from him and a crime under 27 Arms Act and 336 was registered against the accused and the accused was arrested. He will be sent to judicial remand and proceedings are being taken to cancel the license of the accused.
