Supela police clamp down on the director of chit fund company Arthatva Credit Society and Sanskardhani Infra Housing Limited

Durg police is continuously taking action against the directors of chit fund companies and the process of returning the money to the investors, the director of the absconding chit fund company has been arrested from Bilaspur, in the past many cases of chit fund have been registered against the accused company.

On the instructions of Inspector General of Police Durg Range, Durg Anand Chhabra and Superintendent of Police Durg Shalabh Kumar Sinha, continuous action is going on by the Durg police in arresting the directors of the chit fund company.
It is to be known that the director of Arthatatva Credit Society, Idreesh Ahmed, had deposited the amount by giving attractive offers to the common people and assuring them of getting more interest in the short term.
On the completion of the time period, when the customers went to the company to withdraw their money, the director of the company did not return the money and put it in trust, on the report of the applicant Samriddhi Jain, crime number 02/2022, section 409 Bhadvi, was registered in police station Supela and taken into consideration. Went.
On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Durg Shalabh Kumar Sinha and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Sanjay Dhruv and City Superintendent of Police Bhilai Nagar Nikhil Rakhecha, instructions have been given to arrest the absconding directors of chit fund companies.
Idreesh Ahmed, director of Arthatatva Credit Society and Sanskardhani Infra Housing Limited, fled from his residence as soon as he came to know about the report being filed.
Whose address was being searched continuously but no trace of the accused was being found. Meanwhile, information was received that the accused was living in Bilaspur. Police was deployed in plain uniform as soon as the information was received.
Who were keeping a constant watch on him. When having full information that the accused is Idreesh Ahmed, the Supela police immediately formed a team and sent it to Bilaspur. The accused was laid siege and nabbed in Bilaspur after a lot of effort. Which was duly arrested today on 07.06.2023 and sent on judicial remand.
On being asked, the accused accepted his crime. Several chit fund cases are registered against the accused in Police Station Supela, Police Station Newai and other police stations. Section 10 of the Protection of Directors of Chit Fund Act, 2005 was added in the case.
With this action of the Supela police, the possibilities of getting back the amount deposited by the investors have increased.
