Accused Savitri Binjhwar, husband Chiranjan Binjhwar, age 25, was caught by Sakin Mouhadih police station Hardibazar while selling liquor in the courtyard behind his house, from whose possession a total of 40 liters of hand kiln made raw Mahua liquor worth Rs 4,000 was seized. Tax crime number 239/2023, Section 34 (2) of Excise Act has been established and legal action has been taken.
