Action of Hardibazar police, rape accused arrested within 12 hours of the incident

On the report of the applicant, Crime No. 135/2023 Section 363,366,376, POCSO Act against the accused in Police Station Hardibazar, Superintendent of Police Korba Uday Kiran, Additional Superintendent of Police Korba Abhishek Verma, City Superintendent of Police Darri Robinson Gudiya to get guidance by informing about the situation But directed for the quick arrest of the accused, while taking quick action by the Hardibazar police, after ascertaining the address of the accused, information was received that the accused is present in Bhalpahari.
And the look is hiding, on the information the police party was immediately dispatched and raided, taking the accused into custody and interrogating Hikmat Amli, admitted to the crime, due to which the act of the accused committed the crime of Section Sadar, the accused was found guilty of the crime Arrested and sent on judicial remand as per the order of Hon’ble Court.
