Manikpur police took action under Arms Act, seized knife from the accused and sent him to jail

On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma, City Superintendent of Police Bhushan Ekka and Police Station Incharge Kotwali Rupak Sharma and under the leadership of Outpost Incharge Manikpur Premchand Sahu, today on 16/10/2023, in taking action under the Arms Act. Success has been achieved.Today, on 16/10/2023, information was received that the accused Sonuram alias Kalu Ram Korwa, aged 22 years, resident of Lailunga Hall, Muqam Mudapar, was waving a knife in his hand near Senior Recreation Club, on which the accused took immediate action. A knife has been seized from him after being detained.And a crime has been registered against the accused under Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act and the accused has been sent to judicial remand. Assistant Sub Inspector Patle and constable 747 Pradeep had special contribution in the said proceedings.
