On National Unity Day, various competitions were organized in colleges under the SVEEP program.
Voters are being encouraged through various competitions like Mehndi, Slogan, Essay, Speech etc. NSS Sukhrikhurd organized a rally to motivate the villagers for 100% voting.
KORBA – Under the direction of Korba Collector and District Election Officer Saurabh Kumar and the guidance of CEO District Panchayat and District Sweep Nodal Vishwadeep, during the Assembly Elections 2023, all the students of schools and colleges including youth, elderly, women and men from urban and rural areas voted. 100% voters are being made aware through various programs like street plays, rallies, slogan-writing, essays, speeches, mehndi competition, poster making etc. to create awareness about the issue.
In this series, on the occasion of National Unity Day, awareness programs like rally, slogan writing, mehndi competition, oath taking etc. were organized in Government College Barpali under the SVEEP program. College students participated enthusiastically in the program. Through rallies and writing slogans on the walls, the common people were encouraged to vote 100 percent.
Activities like street play, rally, oath were organized in Government Minimata Girls College Korba. In the program, the students made people aware through an awareness rally and urged everyone to participate enthusiastically in the festival of democracy and vote and an oath was administered to the students to vote 100%.
Similarly, the Rashtriya Swayamsevaks of Government Higher Secondary School, Sukhrikala organized a voter awareness rally in God village Sukhrikhurd and motivated the voters to vote 100 percent. He made the villagers aware about voting through charming songs in Chhattisgarhi dialect like ‘Jaana-jaana he ji vote daare bar jaana he, Are tahun la jaana he mahun la jaana he, Sabo jhan la jaana he’ etc. A resolution was given to them for voting.
