As per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, Korba, on 18th November, from the strong room located at the Institute of Technology (IT College), assembly wise without votes, Category C and Category D/Reserve machines were taken to the Magistrate and Magistrate in a vehicle equipped with GPS tracking in the presence of political parties and candidates. Shifted with police security arrangements. Videography of the entire work has also been done. After the voting, the said machines were kept in a separate room from the strong room located in IT College Jhagarha at the time of receiving of EVM machines and were shifted to the warehouse located in the district on 18 November 2023.
